The reception staff were helpful with directions and information I found this useful. My room had fresh towels and toiletries provided every day of my stay. I could easily access nearby transportation options from the hotel so this was convenient.

The gym equipment showed some wear and tear though it was still functional.

The receptionist was friendly. The process was easy to navigate. The hotel included parking for a week, even though I only stayed one night at the start. I rebooked when returning from my holiday.

The bed felt lumpy to me. I found the room to be dirty on arrival. The bar closed early for normal guests because of a wedding. I was not informed about that until I tried to order a drink.

The lack of complimentary toiletries was surprising (i usually expect at least soap and shampoo). finding no soap, shampoo, or even toothpaste in the room was quite unusual. the gym also closed early, disappointing since i booked partly for that reason. food was basic. Though not terrible, it wasn't a highlight.

the barman was friendly. the receptionist was very helpful and cute! the room had a spare single bed and plenty of room. i watched a whole football game on the free wifi with no connection issues.

the room was short of tea making stuff and towels. i had to get these items from reception which was a pain! all parking spots close to the building seemed full of staff cars or long stay cars.

The room was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was warm enough. water pressure in the shower and taps WAS very GOOD. I appreciated the free parking for one night.

I had to walk back to reception to get a refund, inconvenient. The TOILET didn't flush, and the bath was dirty with dead spiders.
