Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently close to Gatwick Airport, making it easy for travelers catching flights. However, it's clear that the rooms and dining options are overdue for significant improvements. While the price is appealing for those looking for budget accommodation, be prepared for a less than satisfactory stay if you're expecting more than just a place to sleep.
My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were cold and uncomfortable, and the staff seemed unhelpful and blunt, which added to my frustration. On a positive note, the convenience of the taxi booking system made getting to the airport easier, and the bar offered reasonably priced drinks. However, I cannot overlook the outdated facilities and poor dining options, which left a lot to be desired.
The hotel experience was quite disappointing overall. While I found some aspects like the easy taxi booking system and the affordability of parking to be positives, the filthy rooms and horrible food truly overshadowed those small benefits. I was relieved that I slept fairly well, but overall this hotel needs significant improvements to be a viable option for travelers.
I stayed at this hotel for a night before my early flight from Gatwick and found it to be a decent budget choice. The room was comfortable and clean, and the parking deal was fantastic. However, the dining experience could be improved, as I found the buffet options to be pretty basic and not as good as I had hoped. Overall, it served its purpose well enough for an airport stay.
My stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. While the location is conveniently close to Gatwick Airport, the cleanliness and general condition of the hotel left much to be desired. Rooms were a huge letdown with lingering odors and unkempt conditions, and the dining experience was equally disappointing. I wish I had opted for a different hotel, despite it being budget-friendly.
